Be a Part of Something Meaningful – Join Our Client as a Senior / Medical Laboratory Technologist!

Are you passionate about healthcare and love working hands-on to make a difference in people’s lives? Here’s your chance to join our client’s dedicated clinical team within one of Singapore’s most established healthcare clusters.

This is a frontline role that blends laboratory work with patient interaction—perfect for those who want to grow in a purpose-driven and structured environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcome patients with care—handle registration and ensure specimens are received, prepped, and packed accurately

  • Perform essential lab tests such as urine microscopy, full blood count, HbA1c, and ensure instruments are well-maintained

  • Carry out point-of-care procedures like phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry that support clinical decision-making

  • Verify and report lab results accurately and on time, investigating any inconsistencies

  • Conduct daily quality control checks and maintain proper records for traceability

  • Handle patient queries professionally and escalate when necessary

  • Uphold safety and infection control standards to ensure a clean and safe clinical space

  • Assist the Centre-In-Charge with ad hoc operational tasks that keep the centre running smoothly

Who We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in Medical Laboratory / Biomedical Science or related discipline

  • Prior experience in clinical labs is an advantage—but fresh graduates are welcome too (training will be provided)

  • Phlebotomy or heel prick experience is a bonus; if not, we’ll train you

  • Good communication skills—bonus if you’re multilingual

  • Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and solve problems efficiently

  • Warm, team-oriented personality with a strong sense of professionalism

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Why Join Our Client?

Our client offers a supportive, collaborative environment that values clinical excellence, innovation, and continued professional development. Whether you're looking to deepen your expertise or step into a more impactful role, this is a great opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking healthcare setting.
