Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and quotations promptly and professionally
Coordinate order processing, shipment schedules, and related documentation
Maintain updated records of customer pricing and order status
Liaise with forwarders and internal departments to ensure timely delivery
Support customers with system documentation and customs queries
Manage multiple requests while maintaining high standards of service
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Ability to multitask under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to work beyond office hours when required
Experience managing multiple projects or engagements with short deadlines is a plus.
