Our client is related to the Semiconductor and Electronics industry.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and assess potential local and overseas suppliers for machine components and materials.

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while negotiating the best prices, payment terms, and lead times.

• Manage timely procurement of high-quality products and ensure on-time delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to meet project requirements and support cost-saving initiatives.

• Maintain and monitor project costings and inventory turnaround times.

• Oversee purchase orders and enforce procurement policies and procedures.

• Arrange supplier training sessions for designers and engineers as needed.

• Handle ad-hoc administrative duties and support cross-functional teamwork.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing industry.

• Some technical knowledge in machine components is a plus.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and a committed team player.

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
