Operator (12 Hour Shift) - #1100038

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.         Perform task such as bag printing, pouching, sealing, and etc according to work order and process instruction.

2.         Perform recording of production data.

3.         Responsible for compliance to EHS procedure and requirement.

4.         Perform 6S housekeeping activities on work area.

Additional duties in scope of Filling Operator II (Overpouching MSP)

a.     To perform line clearance, code change and end of shift line cleaning.

b.     To perform Overpouching Room line start up.

c.     Ensure correct material used and sufficient material in line.

d.     Record shift target.

e.     Perform Overpouching Room in process periodic checks.

f.      Update Production Solution Accountability Record at end of shift and end of batch.

Additional duties in scope of Filling Operator II

a.     Required to wear clean room jumpsuit and uniform at filling area.

b.     Operate and perform filling of solution into solution bags using the filling machine at Line 1 and Line 2.

c.     Competent to perform housekeeping, bag printing, overpouching and sealing of  JPOC codes with the JPOC filling machine at Line 3.

Qualifications/ Education:

·       Primary education

Skill Set and/or

Experience:

·       Primary education with experience

·       Language proficiency: Able to comprehend English verbally and in writing.

·       Some working experience in a manufacturing environment.

·       Some basic computer skill and math skill
