About the Practice
Our China-Related Investments Disputes’ team specialises in handling complex legal cross-border disputes for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-net-worth individuals related to investments from China into other parts of world. We also advise and act for clients who have onshore disputes in China, navigating the intricate landscape of Chinese investment laws and regulations.
Our team is expanding, and we welcome aspiring young legal practitioners to join our flourishing practice.
Role & Responsibilities
Drafting and reviewing legal documents in both English and Mandarin
Conducting legal research
Assisting in managing litigation and arbitration matters
Engaging in case strategy development, client advice, and risk assessments.
Managing court and arbitration timelines, and attending hearings.
Requirements
Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience;
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
Prior experience in dispute resolution with an established law firm
Strong foundation in legal knowledge and analytical skills;
Self-motivated
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
