Key Responsibilities
Daily order taking from customer and issue delivery orders for production and delivery
Co-ordinate with customers on orders and processing of all shipping documents
Co-ordinate and raise documents for exports from Singapore and track inventory as well as support license renewal process
On-time invoicing for orders delivered and liaise with account to ensure on time month end closing
Co-ordinate with credit control on monitoring of account receivable and support Sales manager on collection.
Manage customer complaints and liaise with sales/logistic/production
Work with sales director on product forecast
Prepare weekly sales report and support in tracking sales performance
Provide marketing support to sales team on promotional collaterals, seminars, conferences and other promotional events.
Provide secretarial support to sales team to support sales tracking on action plan and result achievement
Perform such other duties which may be assigned by supervisor
Qualifications & Competencies
Minimum GCE O Level education or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Good working knowledge of SAP applications
Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
A good team player able to interact with people from all levels.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
