Legal Associate in Banking & Finance Practice - #1099969

What are we looking for?

We are looking to hire junior to mid-level Singapore-qualified Associates to join our Banking & Finance Practice in our Singapore office.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a well-established law firm focusing on providing legal advice to domestic and international banks and other financial institutions, as well as their clients on a wide variety of instruments and cross-border transactions.

The Role Will Involve

Exposure to all forms of banking and finance work, including the following areas:

• Corporate Banking

• Trade Finance

• Project Finance

• Structured Finance

• Green & Sustainable Finance

• Islamic Banking

• Debt Capital Markets

Key Skills and Experience

• 2 to 4 years' PQE Singapore qualified lawyer.

• Relevant experience in banking & finance work.

• Good grounding in legal knowledge and skills.

• Works well in a team as well as independently.

• Possesses initiative, drive and commercial acumen.

• Good communication skills.
