Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and leadership to define project goals, scope, and timelines.

• Oversee resource allocation and budget management while tracking progress, dependencies, and risks across multiple simultaneous projects.

• Establish and maintain a standardized framework for quality assurance, documentation, and change control.

• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and timely project updates.

• Lead and support the project team by promoting a culture of accountability, transparency, and high performance.

Education / Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering; PMP certification required.

• Over 7 years in IT project management, with 3+ years in a leadership role and experience managing full project life cycles.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, risk management, and understanding of complex systems and engineering disciplines.

• Effective team leader with strong stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.

• Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and delivering projects on time and within budget under pressure.
