Overview
You will support the execution of business development strategies, marketing initiatives, and collaborative engagements. This role requires coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of department objectives, while enhancing the organisation’s mindshare within key sectors.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify potential collaboration opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking activities.

• Monitor industry trends and provide insights for growth, innovation, and strategic positioning.

• Track and analyse business performance and market feedback to inform decision-making.

• Work closely with internal departments and external stakeholders to initiate, develop, and manage partnerships.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with collaborators to ensure mutual value and long-term sustainability.

• Maintain strong working relationships with partners and ensure smooth coordination of joint initiatives.

• Assist in the execution of marketing and marcomms plans to support business development and engagement goals.

• Contribute to content development and communication materials to promote strategic collaborations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or public sector.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical, resourceful, and comfortable working with data and metrics.

• Creative, meticulous, and results-oriented, with strong project coordination abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
