Resident Project Manager - #1099765

• To act as client representative on-site and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery

• Ensure construction aligns with approved architectural plans and specifications

• Monitor construction quality for materials, workmanship, and finishes

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design and identify potential issues early

• Ensure construction complies with Singapore’s building regulations (BCA, URA, FSSD etc.)

• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and clients for smooth project execution

• Attend site meetings to provide updates and resolve design/construction challenges

• Address unforeseen site conditions or design challenges that arise during construction

Requirements:

• Professional Engineering Board Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum 3 years working experience in supervision works of building and construction

• Past projects of similar quantum to $500 million
