Senior / Customer Service Executive (Frontline)
Bishan MRT x 1, Cityhall MRT x 1 | $2,800–$3,400 + 1 .5 Month Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Concierge duties & handling public enquiries

• Mall floor patrols & reporting maintenance issues

• Support mall promotions & events

• Manage lost & found, loyalty redemptions, admin tasks

• Guide retailers on mall procedures
  

Requirements:

• GCE ‘O’ Level and above

• 1–2 years of customer service/frontline experience

• Friendly, professional, and tech-savvy
  

Schedule:

• 6-day work week (incl. weekends & PH)

• Rotating shifts between 9am – 10pm (7 hrs/shift)
