About the role

This full-time Architect role at AJ+J ARCHITECTURE PTE LTD' is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of innovative architectural projects. Based in the Bishan Central Region, you will be a key part of the team, working collaboratively to bring the company's architectural vision to life.

What you'll be doing

• Developing conceptual and detailed designs for a range of building types and scales

• Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and other documentation to support the construction process

• Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant

• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project deliver

• Collaborating with the project team to achieve high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective outcomes

• Monitoring construction process to ensure it adheres to plans and specifications

• Analyse, identify and resolve issues that arise during design or construction process.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

• Minimum 5 years experience in an architectural practice

• Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop etc.

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Familiarity with local building regulations and design standards
