We are hiring a Key Account Executive to support our commercial team across both General Trade (GT) and Modern Trade (MT) channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the FMCG or retail space.
Responsibilities
Support account planning and promotion execution across GT and MT customers.
Coordinate with internal teams and merchandisers to ensure smooth retail operations.
Maintain accurate records of listings, pricing, and promotional terms.
Serve as the main contact for assigned GT customers, ensuring service quality.
Track sales performance, stock levels, and promo effectiveness.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and meeting notes for internal reviews.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in key account support, trade marketing, or retail ops (FMCG preferred).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
