Project Architect (SG registered/Local , Up to $8000) - #1099684

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate project teams to ensure timely completion, cost efficiency, and adherence to client expectations and regulatory standards.
• Oversee multiple projects at various stages, from initial planning through to final execution.
• Work closely with management to assess and refine architectural processes, enhancing overall efficiency and service quality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to encourage lasting collaborations.
• Contribute to business growth by assisting in securing new projects and engaging with potential clients.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to team members, fostering their professional development and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural project management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, with accreditation from professional bodies such as the Board of Architects (BOA) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Enscape.
• Proven track record in managing projects from initial concept to construction completion.
• Experience in Singapore projects is a plus.
