What You’ll Do:
Lead Healthcare Data Analytics

• Drive end-to-end analytics strategy, from data wrangling to impactful visualisations

• Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines ensuring high-quality, accurate data

• Apply advanced statistical and data mining techniques to uncover insights from large clinical datasets

• Build and manage interactive dashboards tailored for non-technical users

• Support clinical research and quality initiatives

Innovate with AI & Machine Learning

• Design predictive models and LLM-powered tools to enhance clinical decision-making

• Integrate Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) into care pathways

• Collaborate with clinical and technology teams to optimise care journeys using AI

Monitor Data Quality & Insights

• Champion data quality checks, validation, and continuous monitoring

• Identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights for stakeholders

• Deliver compelling, accessible visual reports and briefings

Uphold Data Governance & Protection

• Ensure compliance with PDPA, HBRA, and Data Governance policies

• Safeguard data with robust security protocols and ethical AI practices

• Standardise data processes and enable secure, collaborative data sharing
