We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Manager, Fund Accounting (Private Equity) based in our Vistra, Singapore office. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Key responsibilities:

  • Be the primary client service contact for the assigned portfolio. Monitor and respond promptly to client requests. Strengthen client relationships.

  • Review Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values.

  • Review capital call and distribution notices.

  • Prepare/review waterfall and equalization calculations.

  • Reviewing financial statements, management accounts, and quarterly accounting packages.

  • Draft disclosure notes in line with IFRS/US GAAP accounting conventions.

  • Work closely with other teams (i.e., Cash Management, Investor Services, and Corporate Secretarial) to ensure overall operations run smoothly.

Key requirements:

  • Degree in accountancy (CPA/ACCA/ACA) or finance or equivalent.

  • 5-6 years of accounting / auditing experience with at least 4 years in Private Equity Fund industry

  • Sound knowledge of Singapore FRS/IFRS and US GAAP

  • Solid understanding of operational functions, including Fund Structures, Fund Accounting, Equalisation, Calls/Distributions, and Waterfall models.

  • Effective client relations, teamwork, and management skills.

  • Familiarity with Investran and experience in process improvement will be viewed favourably.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
