ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designing original pieces, including illustration and info-graphics
• Ability to take brief, understand requirements and deliver inspiring, provocative and disruptive/ creative results within the stipulated timeframe
• Assisting in brand development of Zouk Group concepts
• Assisting on creative projects from initial conception to final execution for house brands and external collaboration projects
• Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design
• Maintaining brand consistency throughout all marketing initiatives, proposing appropriate imagery and graphic assets within brand guidelines
• Staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools; Awareness of emerging trends and technologies in the digital space
• Work alongside team to develop design projects, from conceptualization to delivery
• Work closely with marketing team to conceptualize and design marketing/ brand campaigns
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Candidates without these academic qualifications but with an outstanding portfolio will also be considered
• At least 2 - 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or graphics
• Extremely proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Knowledge on procreate, after effects, premiere pro and any relevant 3D modelling software is a good bonus
• Good computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proactive, dynamic and able to work collaboratively in team setting or independently to meet tight deadlines 
• Meticulous, responsible, and committed
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colours, fonts and layouts
• Good knowledge of branding
• Comprehensive understanding of production processes and techniques
• Keen interest in the latest graphic designs, market trends and new media & technologies relating to the relevant industries
