Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales journey from initial contact to successful enrollment
Consistently meet sales targets through proactive engagement and impactful consultations
Encourage trial class participation and convert interest into confirmed enrollments
Drive retention by managing the re-enrollment process, addressing concerns, and highlighting the ongoing value of the program
Handle queries and concerns from parents in a professional, timely manner via phone or in person
Coordinate class schedules, communicate changes promptly to students and instructors
Handle administrative tasks related to enrollment, invoicing, and student database management
Requirements
1 year of sales or customer acquisition experience with a strong track record of meeting targets.
Familiarity with the education or enrichment industry is a plus.
