Major Responsibilities:
Provide best in class technical support to the assigned Customers. This includes driving resolution of Customer technical issues, coordination with internal stakeholders to timely fulfil new Customer requirements and work on Customer data enquires.
Establish a communication link and build the relationship with customers to understand their current and future technical requirements.
Interpret new specification requirements from Customers and establish the optimal qualification and production route.
Collaborate with global teams to develop strategies and QIP to fulfil customer needs.
Represent company in Customer meetings including shaping external Customer presentations, delivering the information, solutions effectively and following up to address Customer’s needs and concerns.
Communicate Siltronic improvement projects and process changes to Customer and coordinate for Customer qualification.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Science or Engineering.
Proactive and strong Customer focus.
Effective communication skills.
Strong data analytics, knowledge of database query and statistical data analysis.
Team player, organized, analytical, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, flexible and able to manage multiple tasks.
