About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join I-Promo Pte Ltd as the Manager, Project Management. You will play a key role in driving the company's strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. Your expertise in project management will be instrumental in achieving I-Promo's objectives within the M.I.C.E. industry.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple M.I.C.E. projects simultaneously

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service and quality delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Develop and implement effective project plans, timelines and status reports to keep stakeholders informed

• Identify and mitigate risks, implement contingency plans and proactively address issues to ensure project success

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project management professionals

• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and clients

• Manage logistics to ensure projects are effectively delivered with delighted experience for clients

• Continuously seek ways to improve project management processes and drive efficiencies

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Event Management or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the M.I.C.E. industry

• Proven trace record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, with the ability

• Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices

• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail

• Passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving continuous improvement.
