Who We Are Looking For?
As a Customer Service Specialist (Part-Time), he/she is responsible for handling questions, comments and complaints regarding our retail business. The ultimate goal is to provide a positive customer experience and enhance relationships between consumers and businesses.
What awaits you:
Provide quality customer service to customers via various channels that include but not limited to calls, online, live chat, walk-ins etc.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.
Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call back to customers if necessary.
Membership matters such activation of cards, loss cards replacements.

Highly adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Customer oriented with courteous disposition
Patient and independent
Good command of spoken and written English
Able to commit Long Term
Able to commit to working 2 days per week in office:
Working Days: Monday and Thursday - Subject to changes
Working Hours: 9am to 6pm
