UI/UX Designer

 

• Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Hybrid Working Arrangement)

• Remuneration Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

 

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will play a key role in designing user interfaces that are not only visually appealing but also highly functional and user-centered. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, empathy for end users, and the ability to transform complex requirements into simple, elegant design solutions.

 

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and UI components for web and mobile platforms.
• Create engaging and brand-consistent visuals such as graphics, illustrations, and icons to enhance the user interface.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into interactive and accessible design solutions.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability findings, and stakeholder input.
• Maintain consistency in visual elements and ensure alignment with design systems and brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies.

 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic, web, or UI designs.
• Preferably provide an online portfolio for initial review.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Team player with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Exceptional time-management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Methodical approach to work, consistently meeting deadlines.
