Main Responsibilities:

• Support supervisor in vendor management and contract fulfillment
• Assist with planning, coordination, staffing, and administration of daily operations
• Ensure proper contract management and operationalization at the institutional level
• Deputize for the reporting officer when absent

• Vendors' Performance Checking & Validation
• Daily Operations Management
• Payment and Liquidated Damages (LDs) Processing
• Knowledge Management Repository Maintenance
• Annual Budget Planning Assistance

Requirements :

• Candidate must have at least a Degree in any field of studies
• At least 3 years of contract Management in healthcare / hotel setting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good writing abilities
• Analytical and meticulous approach
• High level of initiative and Team player
