Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with HODs to identify performance gaps and plan relevant training for all staff in the organization. (i.e. Training Plan).
Responsible for processing all Training Applications according to SOP based on Training Needs Analysis and ad-hoc requests.
Manage the feedback and outcome of all training. Distribute, collect and tabulate programme evaluation feedback and performance review.
Keep track of all training related records in orderly manner to generate reports required for analysis, licensing and audit.
Implement and execute training strategies such as promoting peer learning and developing in-house training capabilities (e.g. Train-The-Trainer Training)
Manage digital recruitment channels, including job portals and candidate databases, to attract top-tier talent and build a robust talent pipeline.
Coordinate interview logistics, facilitate panel interviews, and conduct thorough reference and background checks for shortlisted candidates.
Manage pre-employment screenings, including medical and psychometric tests, and generate insightful recruitment reports for leadership review and data-driven decision-making.
Maintain up-to-date HR files and databases, diligently updating employment statuses, designations, and other critical records, while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Continuously monitor, evaluate, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure they are current, compliant, and contributing to the organization's strategic objectives.
Attend to grievances, participate in conflict resolution meetings, and implement proactive measures to maintain a positive work environment.
Be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree on the relevant field.
1 - 2 years of HR role experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience, preferred
Basic understanding of HR Strategies, Principles and functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively and appropriately.
Excellent listening, written, and oral communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
May require to work after office hours or weekends during events periods.
