Assistant Engineer / Engineering Technician

Location: Changi
Work Schedule: 6-day work week, rotating shifts

Job Overview:
Join our engineering team to support the maintenance and operations of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) and vehicles. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to the aviation industry in a dynamic, shift-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and execute workshop maintenance for GSE and/or vehicles

• Supervise and manage in-house teams and/or outsourced contractors

• Oversee shift planning and ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Open to Singapore Citizens only

• Diploma holders (eligible for Assistant Engineer - G4) or Higher NITEC/NITEC holders (Engineering Technician - G3)

• Able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken)

• Comfortable with rotating shift work

Compensation & Benefits:

• Local diploma holders: From $2,600/month

• Experienced hires without diplomas: Up to $2,500/month (excluding shift allowance & OT)

• Shift allowance: ~$240/month (average)

• Overtime Pay applicable

• Staff transport provided for night shifts beyond midnight
