Work Location : North Area

Working Hours : 5 Day Work Week

• Monday - Friday , 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage stock forecasting, replenishment, and maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Analyze stock and PO data for effective allocation.

• Coordinate with users and parts store for demand and supply planning.

• Generate reports to support demand and supply decisions.

• Oversee stock orders to maintain healthy inventory across stores.

• Liaise with forwarders, customs, vendors, and warehouse.

• Support daily operations and warehouse coordination.

• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met.

• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Min. Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.

• 2–3 years’ experience in parts management or inventory control (automotive preferred).

• Strong in procurement, vendor relations, and inventory systems.

• Proactive, analytical, organized, and able to work under pressure.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in MS Office; strong in demand planning and analysis.
