Quantity Surveyor - #1099532

Description and Responsibilities:

• Preparation and vetting of contractual agreements

• Analyze completed projects to determine ROI and compare cost

• Document progress claims, materials, and reports on project

• Estimate the quantity and costs of materials

• Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors

• Preparation and submission of tender as well as variation order (VO) documents if any

• Regular and up-to date claims submissions and follow-up

• Any Ad-hoc duties required

Requirements:

• Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently

• Good communication skills

• Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Civil engineering/ Infrastructure Project

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent

• Require skill(s): MS Office and AutoCad

• 5 days work per week
