About the role

Project Oversight & Execution

• Manage the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, including cost control, scheduling, documentation, and quality assurance.

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

• Oversee the work of project teams, including supervising and motivating staff

• Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project status and performance

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing construction, landscaping, or public infrastructure projects - playground/park project a strong plus

• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, safety standards, and authority regulations in Singapore

• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and related documents

• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

• Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project, AutoCAD or similar tools is an advantage

• Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
