Our client is seeking for suitable candidates to join them as HR Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage various HR functions to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

• Maintain employee records and ensuring the accuracy of HR databases and systems.

• Plan and coordinate training courses for staff and workers

• Support performance reviews and appraisals

• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or HOD

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field

• Minimum 2 years HR experiences in construction industry
