Job Scope:

• Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse coordination.

• Prepare all required shipping documents, including airway bills, bills of lading, purchase orders, delivery orders, commercial invoices, and packing lists.

• Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders to arrange PO deliveries and container truck-in schedules.

• Manage the entire order cycle from placement to final delivery.

• Track and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stock shortages.

• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure data accuracy.

• Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and within deadlines.

• Oversee logistics operations such as shipment coordination, receiving goods, stock monitoring, inventory documentation, and proper storage.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with transporters and freight forwarders.

• Maintain well-organized records of shipping documents, invoices, and receipts.

• Address customer inquiries regarding logistics and order status.

• Work closely with warehouse, purchasing, and other internal teams to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O-Level/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related qualification.

• Knowledge of Incoterms and import/export is added advantages.

• Familiar in SAP or WMS system is a plus.

• Good communication, organized and multitasking.

• Detail oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
