Responsibilities:

Oversee team to ensure accurate cost estimation, budgeting & financial reporting of all projects.
Lead the preparation and evaluation of tender documents, contracts and cost estimates.
Monitor project expenditures, manage variation orders and ensure cost efficiency.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal departments to resolve cost-related issues
Ensure proper documentation of all QS activities, including progress claims and final accounts.
Mentor and train junior QS staff, fostering professional growth within the team.
