Onsite Supply Chain Executive (Toolcrib & Vending Solutions) - #1099498

As a Site Operations Manager, you will be stationed at the customer’s site to manage daily operations involving toolcrib and vending machine management, inventory control, and indirect material supply. You'll work closely with both the client and internal teams to resolve issues, respond to enquiries, and drive operational improvements. The role also includes team supervision and supporting cost-saving initiatives.

Job Info:

• Basic Salary: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working Days: 5 Days (Office Hours)

• Location: Tuas (Company transport provided)

• Company: Our client is a leading MNC specializing in industrial MRO solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee smooth daily operations at the customer site, including toolcrib and vending machine management, delivery tracking, return-to-vendor processes, and resolution of non-conformance issues.

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries, such as RFQs, backorders, and onsite issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

• Anticipate and forecast customer demand for indirect materials, and communicate operational needs clearly to internal teams.

• Identify and implement commercial programs focused on cost-saving opportunities by closely monitoring and analyzing the customer’s supply chain activities.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, arranging and attending regular meetings to maintain strong business relationships.

• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure the team consistently represents the company brand with excellence.

• Adhere to and enforce compliance with the company's sales and operational policies and procedures.

• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the organization and with external stakeholders.

• Support the development and growth of team members through ongoing training and mentorship.

Job Requirements:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Strong expertise in supply chain operations and processes

• Demonstrates outstanding customer service and client relationship skills

• Solid understanding of key financial metrics, including EBIT and working capital

• Key leadership skills for managing warehouse assistants
