Role Overview: The Technology Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue by leveraging their technical expertise to understand customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong sales acumen and a solid understanding of technical concepts of Smart Devices (IoTs).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Engagement: 

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their specific requirements.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and events to promote our products/services.
  • Articulate the technical features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted consultant throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our offerings.
  • Maintain good rapport and gathering clients feedback for post sales activities

 

2. Technical Expertise: 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and their technical functionalities.
  • Conduct site survey and work closely with clients to develop quality proposal
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

 

3. Product Innovation: 

  • Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers and internal team to further develop our product and solution offerings that align with market demand and trend.

 

Prerequisites

  • Friendly and cheerful personality with good conversation and writing skill in English 
  • Minimum Diploma graduate in any discipline 
  • Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Teams and Office 
  • Passionate in technologies with strong desire to learn 
  • Independent, positive thinking and self-motivated individual 
  • Willing to make short travel to Singapore and the region at short notice
  • Possess class 3 driving license
