Job Scope

• Process orders from customers and prepare shipping documents

• Arrange booking of freight services with customers or co-loaders and carriers and coordinate with the operations team on the delivery schedule

• Arrange custom clearance and declare permits

• Follow cargo or material-handling security procedures and support the department in incident or crisis management initiatives

• Prepare billing to customers

• Organize documentation for specialized cargo, transshipment and transloading operations

• Estimate resources required for project activities accurately

• Execute operational policies, standards, and procedures

• Manage daily transshipment documentation.

• Arrange and monitor transshipment connection.

Requirement

• ‘O’ Level and above

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experiences in Logistics Industry
