STAFF NURSE Supervisor for Women's Clinic @ EAST | 5.5 days | 8hrs per day - #1099302

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed

What You'll Do:

• Front-Line Service: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all patients and visitors, setting a positive tone for their visit.

• Reception Duties: Efficiently manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and cheerfully respond to inquiries.

• Billing & Cashiering: Handle billing tasks and transactions accurately and smoothly.

• Patient Assistance: Offer vital support to our doctors during examinations and minor procedures, always prioritizing patient comfort and well-being.

• Inventory Management: Keep track of clinic stock, ensuring we're always well-prepared and organized.

• Patient Education: Empower patients by providing clear guidance on managing their health effectively at home.

Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking a proactive and empathetic individual who meets the following requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of private healthcare experience is essential.

• Prior experience in O&G or Paediatrics is a significant advantage, as you'll be working with mothers and babies.

• Proficiency in performing cannulation and injections is required.
