Job Details: 

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am -5.30pm 

• Working Location: AMK

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Merchandising Manager, you will oversee assigned product categories, implement merchandising strategies, and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned product categories (Books)

• Monitor sales performance, stock inventory, replenishment, and aging.

• Analyze category costs and prepare data for supplier negotiations.

• Coordinate with suppliers on promotions and stock delivery.

• Provide feedback on supplier performance and product quality.

• Source new products and assist with merchandising-related administrative tasks.

• Conduct store visits to ensure merchandising standards.

• Support fairs, campaigns, and events.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business or a related field.

• At least 1-2  years of relevant experience with a proven track record in category management.

• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Strong command of English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of multitasking in fast-paced environments.
