As a Home Care Doctor, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Conduct medical consultations and clinical advice to individual patients.

• Provide office-hours consultation / advice to patients and medical team when required.

• Follow up with patient and ensure their wellbeing clinically. 

• Ensure investigation sent are reviewed and appropriate care has been given.

• Take the lead in facilitating delivery of high-quality clinical services.

• Work closely with other medical professionals to support and ensure consistent approach and delivery of care services.

• Work closely with nursing managers and medical team to contribute overall growth and development.

Requirements:

• Possess a recognised medical degree under Singapore Medical Council with a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine / Geriatric Medicine will be an advantage

• Possess Full Registration under Singapore Medical Council
