As a Senior Pharmacist (Drug Informationini), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Provide drug information and advice to healthcare staff and patients.

• Help with Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee tasks, eg : writing reports to support changes to the drug list, setting up systems and update drug list and review and report drugs usage and side effects.

• Work with other departments to ensure safe and smooth medication processes in the hospital.

• Take part in medication safety and drug information activities.

• Help train pharmacy students and pre-registration pharmacists.

• Review medication orders for safety and appropriateness.

• Dispense medicines and explain their use to patients.

• Handle other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy

• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council
