What You’ll Be Doing:

Marketing Things (aka Getting Loud, Creatively)

• Plan and co-create fun, meaningful, scroll-stopping content with the team on Instagram & TikTok: @twentyloaftoasties (check out our recent viral vidz)

• Monitor our social channels and help us reply to our lovely fans

• Join the action at IRL events and pop-ups — we’re out there often!

• Collaborate with our team on content, campaigns, and creative ideas

• Track marketing efforts and help us figure out what’s working (or not)

• Visit our stores and soak up the vibes — we're big on connecting with our crew on the ground!

• Operations Support (Making Things Run Smoothly)

Learn, grow, and laugh with our team <3

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in marketing field — fresh grads welcome! (no, srsly, you are)

• Proactive, curious, and not afraid to ask “Why?”

• Hands-on and not shy to get your hands dirty (sometimes literally — we’re in F&B!)

• Organised and reliable, with great communication skills

• Friendly and team-spirited — we all wear many hats here!

• Honest, hardworking, and excited to learn

• Comfortable with social media (IG, TikTok, Facebook — if you scroll it, you get it)

• Familiar with basic tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Bonus Points If You:

• Know your way around Canva or CapCut (or want to learn!)

• Have event coordination or customer-facing experience

• Dabbled in digital ads (Meta, Google Ads etc.)
