Human Resource Manager (F&B/ FMCG) - #1099161

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to design and implement People and Culture strategies that promote growth, boost performance, enhance employee engagement, and improve organizational effectiveness.

• Lead all core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, wellbeing, performance management, leadership development, compliance, succession planning, and total rewards.

• Support the development of a high-performance culture by strengthening engagement and fostering inclusion.

• Develop and roll out performance management systems that support accountability, development, and productivity.

• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with legal requirements and business goals.

• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, delivering efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience from onboarding through offboarding.

• Spearhead initiatives in engagement, career growth, compensation and benefits, DEI, and company culture.

• Provide strategic HR counsel to leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design.

• Promote continuous improvement through organizational assessments, employee feedback, and data-informed decision-making.

• Uphold HR policies and best practices to ensure fairness and consistency across the organization.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in talent planning, acquisition, and retention strategies.

• Deep understanding of HR practices, organizational development, and employee engagement techniques.

• Strong leadership capabilities and people management experience.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR functions with broader business objectives.
