About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in AR/AP or full sets of accounts, and a passion for healthcare finance operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily finance operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and document handling

• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) and/or Accounts Payable (AP) processes: invoicing, collections, and payments

• Maintain and update accounting ledgers and financial records

• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow tracking

• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., auditors, tax agents)

• Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and regulatory requirements

• Support month-end closing and full set account responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in AR, AP, or full sets of accounts

• Preferably familiar with accounting software (e.g., SQL, MYOB) and proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and time-management skills

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

• A team player with a proactive and positive learning attitude
