Job description

We are a SME, located at Admiralty, Singapore, seeking an experienced and strategic E-Commerce Executive to lead our E-commerce team and drive the growth of our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, and the ability to innovate and improve operations while managing and motivating the team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the e-commerce team, Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize online sales and platform performance.

  • Identify opportunities for platform improvement and operational efficiency; propose and execute new initiatives aligned with company goals.

  • Collaborate with marketing, logistics, IT, and customer service departments to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.

  • Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and inventory management to maximize profitability.

  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.

  • Ensure the team adheres to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, tools, and best practices, integrating relevant innovations into the business.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for e-commerce platform partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce, experience in leadership or management role is a plus.

  • Proven track record of managing and developing a high-performing team.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms ( Shopify, Amazon, Lazada, Shopee) and digital marketing strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, innovative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
