Description:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, modification, and replacement of hospital facilities, M&E systems, and non-clinical equipment.

• Ensure outsourced maintenance teams meet KPIs and maintain system functionality at all times.

• Audit and monitor maintenance work to ensure compliance with hospital standards and regulations.

• Manage and support cyclical, improvement, and infrastructure upgrade projects.

• Act as project manager or team member for renovation, retrofitting, and system replacement initiatives.

• Provide technical support for troubleshooting, system replacements, and consultant-led projects.

• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and work schedules for maintenance and project planning.

• Ensure safe maintenance practices in line with infection control and patient safety standards.

• Oversee service recovery for equipment/system failures and raise requisitions for repair works.

• Support fire safety, security planning, and enforce hospital rules through regular site inspections.

• Assist in AH campus infrastructure development as required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field

• At least 5 years’ experience in managing of ACMV, M&E services and facilities operation

• Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.

• Possess strong M&E knowledge with hands-on experience

• Certificate in Fire Safety Manager/Officer or relevant fire safety experiences will be advantageous.

• Positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff

• Project Management Experience

• Able to perform under tight deadlines and fast-paced environment
