Join our growing freight forwarding team as a Key Account Executive, where you'll play a critical role in delivering end-to-end logistics solutions and ensuring seamless operations for our key clients.

We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and confident in navigating the fast-paced world of freight – someone who thrives on solving challenges and exceeding client expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main liaison for assigned key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.

• Build and strengthen client relationships by understanding their business needs and offering customised logistics solutions.

• Manage client communications, addressing queries, feedback, and service concerns swiftly and professionally.

• Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer focus, transportation) to manage the full logistics cycle.

• Track and monitor shipments, keeping clients proactively informed at every stage.

• Liaise with carriers, shipping lines, and third-party partners to secure competitive rates and service levels.

• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell freight services to existing clients.

• Support quotation preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive retention and growth strategies across key accounts.

• Ensure accurate processing of shipping documents, billing, and customs declarations.

• Stay up-to-date with relevant international trade regulations and compliance standards.

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service performance, and shipment data.

• Deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

What You Need

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or key account management.

• Strong understanding of ocean, air, and land freight processes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and freight/logistics management systems.

• Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

• Two shifts: AM and PM rotations

• Includes rotating weekend work-from-home (WFH) shifts
