Responsibilities:

• Daily Finance Operations: Manage AP and AR tasks, including invoice processing, supplier payments, and customer collections, ensuring no backlog and smooth financial transactions.

• Month-End Close: Assist in preparing balance sheet schedules, reconciling accounts, and ensuring books are closed accurately within the N+2 timeline.

• Data Accuracy & ERP Management: Maintain precise financial records in the ERP system, ensuring error-free transactions, timely updates, and system optimization.

• Compliance & Audits: Support statutory reporting, tax filings, and audit requirements, ensuring timely submissions while upholding rigorous internal controls and regulations.

• Special Projects: Collaborate with the Finance Manager on ad hoc initiatives such as inventory counts, process automation, and finance system enhancements to drive efficiency and cost savings.

• Cross-Functional Engagement: Engage with various departments (sales, R&D, operations, etc.) to facilitate accurate financial data flow. Act as a point of contact to resolve discrepancies quickly, answer finance-related inquiries, and provide timely updates on invoice and payment statuses to stakeholders.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies, suggest process enhancements, and implement best practices to streamline finance workflows.

• Internal Controls & Policy Adherence: Strengthen internal controls by enforcing company financial policies and procedures on a daily basis. Ensure all financial activities adhere to these policies and maintain a high level of ethical standards and full regulatory compliance in every transaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

• 1-3 years of experience in similar function

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling large volumes of transactions.

• Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work.
