Our Client:

• Automotive Industry

• Senoko

• Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm, Alt. Sat, 8.30am – 12.30pm

• UP $2,600 Basic + VB (Up to 3 Months)

• Company transport provided at Admiralty MRT!

The Role:

• Represent the company professionally, address customer needs and complaints empathetically, provide accurate information, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up.

• Collaborate with internal teams, workshops, contractors, and other stakeholders to manage service and repair tasks effectively.

• Prepare quotations, raise work/job orders, update service schedules, and ensure proper documentation and communication with all parties involved.

• Investigate basic customer issues, recommend solutions within guidelines, escalate complex problems to supervisors, and perform ad hoc duties as required.

What are we looking for?

• Min. Nitec in Business Services or equivalent.

• Min. 1 year of administrative working experiences in the Automotive Industry.
