• Abreast with client's safety requirements, coordinate with relevant parties if project delayed.

• Lead safety inspections, audits, site meetings and ensure mely closure of safety observation.

• Proper documentation for safety and site operations.

• Supervise site supervisors and workers, providing direction and performance feedback.

• Conduct daily briefings and ensure clear communication of expectations.

• Main contact for the client and stakeholders by providing regular updates and issues promptly.

• Identify improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and work processes.

• Experience in site management with a safety background or safety certifications
