QUANTITY SURVEYOR - #1099051

Job Descriptions : 

• Prepare tender submission and handle progress claims and progress payments.

• Handle Variation Order (VO) claims and finalization of accounts.

• Communicate, negotiate and coordinate with main contractors' quantity surveyors and consultants on certification of claims for payment.

• Assist the Project Manager in the pre-contract, post contract and procurement administration of fast-track projects

• Maintain proper documentation.

• Other quantity surveying duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Architectural or equivalent.

• 1-2 years relevant experience in the construction industry will be an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Works).

• Able to communicate in English fluently.

• Must be sharp and cost-efficient when dealing with figures

• Must be a good team player
