HR cum Accounts Assistant - #1098526

• Location: bus stops distance from MRT Woodlands

Key Responsibilities: 

HR Duties:

• Handle Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and coordinate related pre-employment requirements and documentation.

• Assist in job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and managing onboarding/offboarding processes for foreign workers.

• Maintain foreign worker records, prepare HR letters, support payroll preparation, and manage related documentation

Accounts Duties:

• Organize, label, archive, and securely dispose of accounting documents and financial records in both physical and electronic formats.

• Assist in processing invoices, receipts, payments, and reconciling bank statements and petty cash accounts.

• Support month-end/year-end closing activities and assist with audit preparations and inquiries.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related field

• Preferable at least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or accounting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
