Responsibilities:

Join our dynamic team as an Application Support and Project Coordinator! In this thrilling role, you'll be the go-to expert for application support, project coordination and vendor systems. You'll tackle application issues head-on, coordinate exciting projects, and ensure our POS and e-commerce platforms run smoothly.

Application Support:

• Provide application support and troubleshooting for application-related issues.

• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability and reliability.

• Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors.

• Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management.

Vendor Management:

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of vendor systems.

• Liaise with vendors to resolve issues and ensure optimal performance of systems.

• Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor systems to ensure compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in application support, project coordination, and vendor management.

• Ideally with (POS) point of sale systems or Ecommerce platform experiences.
